How to calibrate and maintain sensors?
1. Calibration Preparation

Use calibration equipment or standard instruments that meet industry standards. Check the sensor's appearance and wiring integrity, and ensure that the operating environment temperature and humidity meet requirements. SOOK HighTech provides matching calibration kits for quick on-site calibration.
2. Calibration Procedures

Zero Calibration: Zero the sensor in a no-signal state to eliminate offset.
Span Calibration: Compare the output with a known standard (such as a standard temperature block or pressure source) and adjust the gain or sensitivity to ensure that the reading is consistent with the standard.
Verification Records: After calibration, record the calibration date, instrument number, and calibration results to create a traceable maintenance record.
3. Daily Maintenance Tips

Cleaning and Protection: Regularly remove dust and inspect the protective cover to prevent contamination that may affect measurement accuracy. Connection Inspection: Verify that cables and connectors are free of looseness and corrosion. Environmental Monitoring: Monitor operating temperature, vibration, and humidity. If necessary, install anti-vibration mounts or a moisture-proof box to extend sensor life.
