The management and technical team of our company is composed of several well-known sensor and control system experts in the fields of military nuclear power, aerospace, industrial equipment, high-end home appliances, etc. The main members of the R&D center are 22 people, including 9 doctors and masters (including part-time), 3 senior engineers, and 5 engineers. Our team has been engaged in the development and design of various types of industrial temperature sensors, liquid level sensors, armored cables, heaters, stainless steel signal wire, and other products for a long time. What are the common types of industrial sensors?
1. Temperature Sensors

Using thermocouples, RTDs, or digital temperature chips, these sensors accurately monitor high and low temperature environments. SOOK High Tech offers a wide range of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant industrial temperature sensors, widely used in harsh environments such as the chemical and nuclear power industries.
2. Pressure/Force Sensors

These sensors convert pressure or force into electrical signals using strain gauges or piezoelectric elements. They are commonly found in high-pressure systems such as oil fields and aircraft engines. We offer armored pressure sensors that meet the high reliability requirements of the military and aviation industries.
3. Liquid Level Sensors

These sensors use capacitive, ultrasonic, or optical principles to detect liquid levels and are suitable for monitoring storage tanks and pipelines. SOOK High Tech's liquid level sensors feature explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant packaging, making them suitable for petrochemical sites.
4. Displacement/Position Signal Sensors

These sensors include technologies such as photoelectric, magnetic induction, and laser ranging, and are used for precise positioning in robots and CNC machine tools. Our high-resolution displacement sensors have entered mass production for aviation equipment. 5. Gas/Chemical Sensors

Gas sensors detect harmful gases such as NOx, CO, and H₂S and are commonly used in environmental monitoring and industrial safety. SOOK HighTech's NOx sensors have been exported to Europe and the United States and meet strict emission standards.
How to calibrate and maintain sensors?
1. Calibration Preparation

Use calibration equipment or standard instruments that meet industry standards. Check the sensor's appearance and wiring integrity, and ensure that the operating environment temperature and humidity meet requirements. SOOK HighTech provides matching calibration kits for quick on-site calibration.
2. Calibration Procedures

Zero Calibration: Zero the sensor in a no-signal state to eliminate offset.
Span Calibration: Compare the output with a known standard (such as a standard temperature block or pressure source) and adjust the gain or sensitivity to ensure that the reading is consistent with the standard.
Verification Records: After calibration, record the calibration date, instrument number, and calibration results to create a traceable maintenance record.
3. Daily Maintenance Tips

Cleaning and Protection: Regularly remove dust and inspect the protective cover to prevent contamination that may affect measurement accuracy. Connection Inspection: Verify that cables and connectors are free of looseness and corrosion. Especially for armored cables and heaters manufactured by our company, check the integrity of the sheath.

Environmental Monitoring: Monitor operating temperature, vibration, and humidity. If necessary, install anti-vibration mounts or a moisture-proof box to extend sensor life.

4. Maintenance Cycle Recommendations

Critical sensors (temperature and pressure) are recommended to be calibrated every 3–6 months. Non-critical sensors can be calibrated more frequently depending on frequency of use and environmental conditions.
