Maintaining Heating Efficiency in Armored Heaters in Extreme Low-Temperature Environments

1. High Thermal Resistance Alloy Heating Core Material Selection:

Utilizing high-resistance alloy wires such as Ni80Cr20 as the core heating element, sufficient Joule heat is generated at low temperatures, maintaining power density.

2. Thermal Conductivity Advantages of the Armored Metal Sheath:

Using high thermal conductivity metal sheaths such as stainless steel and Inconel, the metal walls maintain good thermal conductivity even at low temperatures, allowing heat to be rapidly transferred from the core wire to the external medium.

3.Synergy between External Insulation and Temperature Control System:

An insulation layer (such as mineral insulation material) is added to the outside of the heater, along with a closed-loop temperature controller, enabling real-time temperature monitoring and adjustment to prevent heat loss due to convection at low temperatures, thus preventing efficiency reduction.

Close-fitting Installation of Flexible Small-Diameter Pipes:

Employing flexible, small-diameter armored pipes allows for close contact with the surface of pipes, containers, or equipment, maximizing thermal resistance matching, improving heat exchange efficiency, and maintaining uniform heating even at low temperatures.
